Coping with depression anorexia and anxiety! Looking back on 2013! January 1, 2014. January 1, 2014. Well this has been far from a good year but I don’t think I have had a good year since I was about 13! Yeah people say the teenage years are the best days of your life… I’m 20 in a few months and yet to enjoy my teenage years! So rather than sitting on the last day of the year saying roll on 2014 can’t wait for a new fresh year , new year, new me and all that nonsense! Always full of smiles and cheekiness!

My friends in the hospital for mental health and I though I was strong enough to go and see here but I went and it destroyed me! I split up with my boyfriend of 7 months as I felt my issues were too much for him. This was hard enough because he made out I had broken his heart and He kept saying. Coping with depression anorexia and anxiety! January 28, 2014. January 28, 2014. I have been having a few bad days where I can even think of food without feeling sick but I am constantly starving! I feel like my body is playing games with me., heads saying DO NOT EAT! Body’s failing me screaming for food! I don’t know how much longer I can go on like this 😦.
