Youth & Government. Christian Barber is the Program Director for the State YMCA of Pennsylvania. He grew up in Harrisburg PA and is a graduate of Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management. During college Chris served internships with Dauphin County Parks and Recreation Dept. and the YMCA of Williamsport PA. Prior to joining the State YMCA of PA, Chris worked at the East Shore YMCA as the Assistant Race Director. Youth & Government.
