TranSister Radio: March 2013
http://transisterradio.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 8, 2013. 2013 Is Flying By. Holy canole, kids, it's March. March! Where is this year going? After 2 years of school, school, and more school, (to the point where we still can't come up with a family Christmas ornament to represent last year,) the Yockeyite end of the family is anticipating some HUGE changes. One more month until we both graduate with our undergrad degrees. One more month until we know if Husband makes it into the Master's program. It was the weirdest thing! But then the Fin...

TranSister Radio: Finals Ate the Yockeyites (Or At Least One of Them)
http://transisterradio.blogspot.com/2012/12/so-nothing-much-is-going-on-right-now.html
Saturday, December 1, 2012. Finals Ate the Yockeyites (Or At Least One of Them). So nothing much is going on right now. I'm doing lots of homework. (I'm writing this when I should be working on an 8-10 page paper.) Husband is doing lots of sleeping and playing games. (Don't worry, he does wash the dishes too.) I'm really excited because school is done in a week and a half! And then it's break and I can see family and go wear a tangerine-orange dress in a wedding and see family for Christmas! Husband grad...

Just Another Undiscovered Novelist: July 2012

Just Another Undiscovered Novelist. Monday, July 23, 2012. That Little Voice in the Back of My Head. It's been a month since I last posted. Whoops! When I'm writing or working on my novel there's a little voice in the back of my head that is waiting for me to pause so it can attack. Are you sure you wanted to put that? That sounds so dumb. You can't possibly keep that. Are you sure you like that idea? I mean, it's not like you have any other ideas, but. What do you mean, 'it has to be there'?

TranSister Radio: October 2012
http://transisterradio.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Yes, I now will write my Halloween story. it was so exciting. Anyways, the only other thing we did was eat Halloween candy and play Age of Empires on the computer together. And then one of my friends came over at 11 to hang out for a few minutes before she had to go for curfew at midnight. And now I'm going to go sit in the warm shower, which is one of the only good things about cold weather (although today it was warm enough to go without a jacket) and then go to bed. Wonder...

And eat good food! Friday, May 18, 2012. Sun, Moon, and Stars. First of all, I...

Just Another Undiscovered Novelist: October 2012
http://undiscoverednovelist.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Just Another Undiscovered Novelist. Thursday, October 18, 2012. It's everybody's best friend. I was validated yesterday when I came home from school and my husband told me he read the latest version of the first chapter of my novel. This time I have something. Any my husband validated me and said it was AWESOME. Not perfect, but ten bajillion times better than what I've done in the past. That's almost intimidating- I almost don't want to keep going on it, so that I don't destroy the awesomeness. I haven'...

Just Another Undiscovered Novelist: June 2014
http://undiscoverednovelist.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Just Another Undiscovered Novelist. Monday, June 9, 2014. Gauging How Much To Write. Seriously, why is the prologue the easiest part? I have about 11, 438 words written for chapter one, and one more scene to write before I think I'll end it. Then it's on to chapter two, a feat that I haven't achieved in. years. Wow. That's kind of embarrassing to admit, but I suppose between college and a writer identity crisis and creative writing classes, that might happen to you. Estimated 129, 812 words in the book.

Thursday, May 23, 2013. It's Meema's turn to post, but she is currently busy and so I'm going to make a post for her. This is Meema. Thanks to Ashley for posting for me, and now I'm going to just add a few comments throughout the post. My comments will be in this lovely color. She's currently in New Mexico at a scout ranch, and she's having a blast. Don't believe me? Also, I love Mom. So concerned about me, yet not about herself. What are mothers for? I was quite touched that she was going to come "patch...

TranSister Radio: Sister Updates!
http://transisterradio.blogspot.com/2014/01/sister-updates.html
Saturday, January 11, 2014. Wow, it has been a long time since any of us posted. Whoops. Life happens? Meema finished her summer job at the scout ranch and already sorely misses the wide open space, the horses and burros, and spending her days outdoors. Now she is back at college, working on her degree in Animal Science with a minor in Agribusiness ,. Hiking stairs instead of mountains and reading books instead of shoeing horses. On top of it all, she traded her truck in for an impala!
