After a career combining social work with fitness and aerobics instruction my interest in yoga resulted in learning to teach. In 1998 I qualified (yoga for Health foundation) and I have taught many classes and age groups since then, both in England and Holland. In 2000 I completed the children's module and in 2001, the trainers module. I am a fully recognised member of the Dutch federation of yoga teachers.

Voor informatie en aanmelding. I hope to encourage you to start a regular yoga practice at home. For this I have a CD available with yoga exercises and deep relaxation. The cost is ¥10. Yoga is a discipline and it means we have to be prepared to actually commit ourselves and do something. Hopefully your weekly class will inspire you to practise at home. Het effect van de beoefening zowel mentaal als fysiek wordt zeer merkbaar als we iedere dag oefenen! Net als met gezond eten! Er is een CD beschikbaar, om te helpen een regelmatige beoefening te doen. Deze CD heeft een complete yoga les, en daarnaast een yoga nidra, een diepe ontspanning. De kosten zijn 10 euro.
