Thursday, November 27, 2008. Morag has really spoiled me. The little cute owl arrived with yarn in silver and blue, needles, the size I needed, a small slipper for my keys, candy, jam, a knitting bobbin set and a kettlewarmer. I think it is called a kettlewarmer. I put it on my coffee pan and it looks really cute. it isn't something that is usually used here in Sweden but it is really nice. I couldn't be happier. And one more thing. That yarn looks REALLY yummy! November 28, 2008 at 1:59 AM.

So, we had an assignment for Professor Stylos' Apparition class. We had to knit or crochet a mug cozy in House colors. Since I am of the noble House of Salazar Slytherin, I used green and silver (well, grey) for mine. I used an adaptation of this pattern. Cascade 220 yarn and size 8 needles (I cast on a few extra stitches and I knit loosely to begin with).
