Private and group yoga classes in Hoboken, NJ. Listen to my classes! My name is Erica, and I love yoga almost as much as I love my dog. That’s a lot. I first came to yoga in high school. A friend’s mother was a yoga teacher and spent her weekends teaching us meditation. As a young artist, I adored this tool as a means of delving deeper into myself and exploring my creativity. After years of practice, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in the summer of 2014 at Om Factory.
