Sunday, January 4, 2009. Why TV is bad for you, and how it is not. The reason I don't have TV is not because I think all shows and movies are bad. On the contrary, I think there is some great stuff out there (like Dexter! Which I wouldn't want to miss. However, I rather get what I want, when I want it, from my local video store, amazon, itunes or hulu, whithout having to constantly fight the temptation of turning on the telly, zoning out and zapping through the channels without really watching ANYthing.
