Week 4 in the books! August 15, 2015. August 15, 2015. I have exactly 6 weeks before I run my third 5K. I ran The Color Run in 2013, then did a local Zombie run a couple of months later. I haven’t run a race since then. This last week I did go running three times. I’m currently on week 4 on the training…I’ll probably do week 4 again next week. Weekly run total: 6.42 miles.
