YOGA AS AN ART — Iyengar teaching and experience sharing. Is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher living in Kent. Toni has been practising and teaching yoga for over 30 years. She first discovered Iyengar yoga when she moved to North London in 1996 and since then she has continued to study and practise this form of yoga with several senior teachers in the UK, with Corine and Faeq Biria in France and several study visits at the Ramamani Iyengar Institute in Pune with The Iynegar family in India.

YOGA AS AN ART — Iyengar teaching and experience sharing. What should I wear? Wear unrestrictive and comfortable clothes, ideally with ankles and knees visible for safety. Weather permitting shorts and a t-shirt are ideal. Leggings are fine but not baggy trousers. We practice in bare feet. Socks and warmer clothes can be worn if needed for the relaxation (savasana ) at the end of the class. Can I eat before class? Shall I bring a water bottle to class? How often should I come?
