Hi I'm Johanna and I'm a London based Hatha Yoga teacher. I specialise in teaching Hatha Yoga to beginners and intermediate students in small classes or on a one or two-to-one basis. I am member teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) having gained the BWYQ Level 4 diploma (a 500 hours course) recognised by Ofqual and the world over as the bench mark in yoga teaching. I am also a member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) Professionals).

What is yoga and how does it work? The asanas and yogic breathing exercises we practice will improve flexibility, posture, balance and overall wellbeing. Hatha yoga is a very ancient Eastern tradition and is now widely recommedend by the worldwide medical and scientific community for its many health benefits. What happens in class? Ha means sun and Tha means moon, Hatha yoga brings seemingly separate entities together to create a whole. The aim of a hatha yoga to the mind, body and spirit into union and balance. Castle Climbing Centre on Tuesdays. One-to-One or Two-to-One sessions. This one hour class in the wonderful Castle Climbing Centre on Green Lanes is for all beginners whether you are 18 or 80. The class is held in a small cozy room therefore numbers are limited so its advisable to pre-book if you would like to attend. One pre booked class is 8 or 35 for 5 sessions (which do not have to be taken consequtively, but must be pre-booked) or 10 drop-in subject to space. Intermediate Class 8.15pm-9.30pm.
