She qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2008 with the Marie Quail School of Yoga and also as a Sivananda Yoga teacher with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. She offers classes based upon the classical teachings of the Sivananda Yoga tradition. Her classes are taught in a relaxed and compassionate environment with the understanding that we all have our strengths our weakness' and that we are all unique.
