There's no place like Om. Wednesday, June 11, 2008. I taught again tonight, this time that same 8:15 class that I used to take so often. To be honest, I think I was more nervous this time. I just kept worrying, What if last night was a fluke? What if it doesn't feel the same way? How crazy is it that people pay to get that kind of clarity and I had just recieved it not only without paying, but I was getting paid! There's no place like Om. Tuesday, March 11, 2008. Thank You, ELizabeth. So it's probably evident from my lack of correspondance, that it's not so fun blogging after a not so fun class. But, I'm back! Last week i don' tknow what it was but i just felt funky, i felt like i was getting a head cold, I couldn't concentrate for anything and my body was just sore. I was so frustrated and I felt like saying, hello- body, don't you know that you're going to training soon? You can't be doing this! Yoga is my scene.

There's no place like Om. Friday, May 30, 2008. Is what i better have after the last couple days! And I didn't fall out! I came back out with the group in total unisen! And then i realized in addition to the two alieve i took this morning, i popped three before the tryout. which basically meant that the reason why I was going so deep in class was because I couldn't feel the pain that was for sure there. Not cool, that means, I'm going to be hurting tomorrow. BUt I can deal with that. Monday, May 26, 2008.

Bikram Yoga Teacher Training Spring 08 Acapulco. Wednesday, 4 June 2008. Week 9 - Wednesday evening. My Last Craig Class! I felt pretty rotten today, not right in the belly, some intestinal issues, a really low energy class today and then I felt this afternoon like having the flu, my whole body was sore. So I snoozed 20 mins during the afternoon lecture preparing myself for the 5pm final class with Craig. I was pretty worried how I would actually manage it. 1 more day training to go. England here I come.
