So much to my surprise, Amanda and I successfully pulled off a true Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday (and when I say Amanda and I, I actually mean just Amanda)! Well to say the least it has been a very interesting past two weeks. So interesting in fact that I haven't had any time to write!
