My body is a temple. I appreciate the water around me and the rain that comes from above. For cleansing me clear. I appreciate the air I breathe for healing my blackened lungs. I appreciate the earth I inhabit for holding me in my sleep. I appreciate the light that comes through the earth and down from the sun for guiding my intuition. I appreciate the living beings (plants, trees, rocks, animals, insects) which share this great planet with me for their humor. I appreciate my legs as they are forgiving.
