Wednesday, May 27, 2009. So, this weekend, I went to Spirit West Coast in Del Mar and it friggin' rocked! One of the speakers was a man without limbs named Nick Vujicic. He was amazing! If you ever get a chance to see him, DO IT! Again, it was a great weekend and if you didn't go this year(you may not live to see tomorrow), I reccomend you try to go next year or to the one coming up in Monterey if you live near there. She then walked around outside in her pajamas for a couple of minutes(yikes! So, to those of you have reached this point, I congradulate you! Experimentando en mi Cocina. Domingo, 3 de julio de 2011. Solomillo de Cerdo con Nata. INGREDIENTES PARA 2 PAX. Solomillo de cerdo de 500g aproximadamente. Taquitos de queso curado. Troceamos el solomillo como si se tratasen de unos fliletitos pequeños, preparamos una sartén pequeña con un chorrito de aceite de oliva a fuego lento y pasamos los trocidos de solomillo vuelta y vuelta ( no hay que hacerlos del todo solo una pasada).
