The neighbors said that they had put out the fire once before. People think someone threw away a firework thinking it was put out completely, but it wasn't. I think the reason is because the beach is a lot like my pool because the heater is broken, so I am used to and like cold water temperatures. Also jumping in into the pool is super fun.
