I feel in a happy mood today so I shall show you a series of stretching exercises that I do to keep myself in tip top shape even though I eat a lot. Step 1: Focus in front (or at least pretend to focus) while extending your spine. Step 2: Lift up your right leg and stretch. Step 3: Curl your back backwards and remember to focus in front again. Step 4: Now lengthen your arms and stretch. Make sure you tighten up your butt muscles.
