I hav always been weak for my inclined flexed arm for napfa. i remember during Poly times. we only need to hang there with arm's angle nt more than 90 degree. ok i can do it to pass. Closed their eyes when i do the inclined flexed arm. lol. Better late than never. Better try than never.
