Well I'd like to lay out some goals for this year. 1)Current pr on towers is 38:13 I'd like to get that down to 36 by June. 2)I want to run the boulder 4 peak traverse. I've only done the 3 peak a few times but never crossed over and tagged flagstaff. 3)I want to run the 50K in eugene if i get picked in the l0to! 4) ride 66 mile mountain bike route. 5) run a 10 hour 50 mile at squamish. 6) do the mt meeker bike and hike. 3) biked mt tam!

Monday, June 14, 2010. Just got in from a little night run. It brought back memories of the winter I spent in Index, WA running in the rain. That was really the first time in my life that I found the peace that comes from running. Last week I really took it easy and only ran a handful of miles while fam was here. Ran bluesky in the rain on Sun. and plan to just go with the flow this week leading up to Bighorn on Sat. Friday, June 11, 2010. Big horn 50 training. My main goals for the summer are:.

This year saw the normal few trips to California with the extra bonus of spending two and a half months there doing field work, which took me from the mexican border to Oregon and back again! Thursday, April 1, 2010. Sat 7 miles on muddy road - -5 miles on tm fastish. Sun 5 mile jog on spring creek after climbing all day at combat rock. Tue 4 miles around res ridge. 4 miles on spring creek with amy. Wed 8 miles up towers in 45 down easy. The weather is HUGE in quality and quantity of life I guess. lookin' at the weather i see forcast for those fucking awful thunder storms and lightning. Sunday, October 25, 2009. Went for a little 10 mile run this morning and it was a little creaky. My hip and knees are still a little sore. I'm going to spend some time stretching and PTing this afternoon. Back hurts and I've been eating way to much the last week for my need. I read a little artical about alkline foods and the benifits of having more of them in your diet. Although I did just come home from my run and eat all the things it says not to Wheat eggs sugar.
