Lately I keep having those creepy anxious moments, especially at night when I cant sleep at all cause my head worries about anything it didnt cared about all day and my heart cant stop beating fast. Also waking up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night cause I cant concentrate on sleeping is not helping me.
