You Got What I Knead. On September 1, 2010. I have not posted in a very long time because I am lazy and it has been too hot to cook or photograph said cooking. Thank you tiny apartment. It is, however, the end of farmer’s market season, and I have been making some awesome gazpacho. 2 cans V8 (I am lazy. It is delicious.). 1 very small vidalia onion. 1 serrano pepper, chopped. 1/3 c red wine vinegar. 1/8 c olive oil. 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces. 2-3 avocados, cubed. 1 small tomato, diced.
