May 25, 2015. My Dirty Little Secret! The title of this post came to me while I was writing it, probably not as exciting as you’re all thinking, but here goes…. So I’ve ummed and aaaared about writing this. I guess the fact I have a small audience helps, but I’ve just spent the evening at a family BBQ. It was a really lovely evening and I think I actually managed to work out my carbs vaguely correctly! I’m sure I’ll get there though guys! All in all that wasn’t too bad, I mean it’s not a fun procedure to go through, but in terms of recovery there was no real pain, Discomfort yes, but not screaming pain.
