Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Jake was lucky enough to be able to be baptized of his birthday. His birthday is on January 8th and because the new year fell on the first saturday of the month, the baptisms were moved back to the second saturday of the month! I tried to convince him to have his baptism in February but he insisted that it be on his birthday! It ended up being a pretty great day! Two hours before his baptism Jake came to me and asked if we could move his baptism to February. Not a chance!

Wednesday, December 24, 2008. Brent took Jake up skiing at Wolf Mountian on Christmas Eve day. This was his second time going. He caught up pretty darn fast. Jake thought he was pretty hot stuff by the end of the day. This is one of the "jumps" he was going off. He and his dad had a blast. Brent and Jake taking a break for a minute. I loved being able to catch up with my cousins. while we were there we went to VooDoo Doughnuts. This Doughnut shop was featured on Man vs. Food. My families favorite was the Maple Bacon. Friday, July 17, 2009. It's vacation time for the Youngbergs! Each year, David, Denise and family take a trip to Bass Lake in the Western Sierra Mountains for fun, rest and relaxation. This year they included Yosemite into their vacation plans. During their stay, the family enjoyed horseback riding. Love the pink riding helmets!
