Young Mom, Young Wife. Monday, September 20, 2010. As a mom, a young mom at that, I sometimes struggle with being organized. So I decided to create a weekly meal list. I thought it might help if we all share our menus, recipes, and ideas to break up the routine of chicken for dinner all the time. Well.at least in my house :). So here is the first week, and recipes to follow later in the week! Monday- We are eating out at PF Changs for my mothers birthday. YAY. Friday- Italian Chicken with stuffed potatoes.

I always had bigger dreams for my life than cooking, cleaning, and playing with play dough. But sometimes life throws curve balls in you path, and thank goodness for that! So I am learning.
