Clearly Confused: April 2009
http://amymcvey.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 29, 2009. So it is time again for intramurals, and I am so excited. After winning that shirt last year, I'm hoping for at least 2 repeats this summer. I have like 7 chances to win one. So let's hope it works out for me. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Amanda and Jed Webb. Amber and Justin Brooks. Annie and Thomas Lecaque. Des and Danny Sandgren. Clearly Confused: May 2009

Friday, May 1, 2009. For those of you who know me, you know that I have a love for music. Whether it be playing my guitar and singing. Singing and dancing to something. Or just listening to it. I love music. It's cool how songs can relate so much to your life, sometimes when you can't quite explain something, you can find a song that someone else has already written out that fits your thoughts or emotions or whatever. Awesome, yeah? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Amanda and Jed Webb. Amber and Justin Brooks.

Clearly Confused: September 2008
http://amymcvey.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 21, 2008. I also graduated in a sense. I walked in August, and am now taking my final class. So I will officially have my BS in December. I'm currently unemployed after working for 3 years on campus. They kick you out once you graduate. And am actively looking for a job. I'm still waiting to hear back on a couple of interviews.I hope that happens the beginning of this next week, because I am going crazy beyond all means not having anything to do during the day. Clearly Confused: February 2009

Friday, February 27, 2009. Music: pandora and stuff. What do you do? Just listen to the bad song? I won't stand for that, so I just go to another station and come back, and I know you might be thinking, well that isn't a big deal, well guess what, it's not. But it's still annoying. No really, what happened to good music? There is some on the radio, but it is seems that good music is getting harder and harder to find. I may have to go back to the good old oldies. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Anyway, work...

Clearly Confused: July 2008
http://amymcvey.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 14, 2008. So after a good trip to Georgia and a lot of lost sleep and stress I had the opportunity to go camping with some great friends. We went up to my friend Carie's special camping spot that she has been going to with her family for many a year. We were on the very top of this moun'ain, and yes it is moun'ain and not mountain, why? Monday, July 7, 2008. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Amanda and Jed Webb. Amber and Justin Brooks. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Recipe of the day/week/month. Anyone who knows me knows of my love for cooking, baking, etc. My most recent goal is to eat much healthier, so I'm going to be cooking healthier, so I thought I'd share some of my new recipes in case anyone wants them. They'll all be delicious. So here is one I made earlier this week, it turned out very well I think. Very delicious. Healthier version of the classic Shepherd's Pie. 2 lg potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 in cubes. 1 T light margarine.

Friday, June 3, 2011. I'm on a day roll of blogging, and since I really need a break from studying I figured I would get another one out while I can . I have some of the best friends in the world. Here are a few of them, and perhaps a reason or two why they are so great. And if I can find a good one, maybe a picture. I have a group of friends that I've known for a long time. Some of them for almost 20 years. Carie- She's like another sister to me. (all thanks to visiting teaching). Lisa- Funny and amazing.

Sunday, January 10, 2010. New Life, New Challenges (or old ones i'm still working on). So It's a new year, and I've made some pretty lofty goals for this year. Write on my blog at least once a month. Start and finish p90x-I'm doing good so far, but man is it hard. Finally figure everything out so I can start my teaching certification program. Keep my room clean for more than a week at a time. Eat healthier for dinner and take the leftovers for lunch. Carve at least 3 pumpkins. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, March 23, 2009. Other than the whole surgery thing, life is the same. Just thought I'd send out a quick update for anyone who actually reads this. I'll hopefully have something exciting happen soon, and I'll post that along with some other awe inspiring thoughts soon. Sunday, March 8, 2009. So Carie and I found this one of one of her friend's blogs, and we decided to do it for ourselves on her computer. You put your itunes on random, and then click next and well you get the point. 8221; YOU SAY?
