Saturday, April 18, 2009. All in a days work. I baked 4 dozen chocolate stout (guinness) cupcakes today. My mixer has never been so full.I was getting scared it was going to overflow. I think the next time I try to bake so many at the same time, I will do smaller batches. Everything is still on track, the wedding is in 2 weeks. Last weekend I baked 2 dozen plain yellow cupakes that will later get filled with raspberry jam. I also bought the lovely frosting colors that you see above. It all sounds so easy.
