Next up was Mountain climbs and star jumps for 30 reps. Time for water break then repeat. Second round of pull-ups was alternated with floppy cable pulls.

Slalom jog through divider posts one way and jog back. 120 repetitions of skipping in total starting with a run to the park entry gate. Only one person performs exercise at a time and can do a maximum of 20 reps. Round 2 same as above but with 120 rep of jumping chins/ pullups. Oldies win first round by a hair. Current updates to strength and fitness workouts! Wednesday, 21 March 2007. Second last Monday - 12th March. Tag - where all the fun begins. A Slalom run - hip mobility. Hanging knee to chin. Step ups (both legs). Partner Relay Run/walk lunge 20 metres. Shuttle runs - Tag. Do 30 reps of each exercise. Repeat but 24 reps and two runs. Repeat but 18 reps and one run. Repeat but 12 reps and one run. Gary shot hoops with 4 kg med ball while waiting for the girls. FRIDAY 16th March OPEN DAY. Crab walk 10 paces.
