It's a cool damp night and their is a high cloud cover. William and I are sitting at a 25ft long table, all around are the voices of the 30 other projects abroad volunteers, who've come from every part of the world. Their is a Frenchman named Roman, a loud Italian of Indian birth, a Persian. Who was born and raised in french Canada.

Your Friend in India. Friday, May 15, 2009. NEW placement and accomodations. Five weeks and counting until I depart. I have just received different accomodations and placements, evidently the ones that were on my site hadn't been removed from my try at this. I will now be staying and volunteering at the Chella Nursing Home (pictured above) in the Sivagangai district of Tamil Nadu. The. Chella Nursing Home is a privately funded hospital. The. H Mr Kulanthairajan's family, just a five minute cycle ride away.

We decided it would be a fun trip to take, especially without kids. We are going over our anniversary- it will be 9 years July 15! Can't wait- I definitely need a vacation. Does it ever end?
