They turned out super super .soft ,sweet,sticky and yumm.the cream cheese filling bursts into your mouth when the bun is bitten into. 1 1/2 cup water. 3/4 cup warm milk. 2 cups all purpose flour. 2 1/2 tablespoons oil. 1 1/4 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoons dry active yeast. 1 teaspoon baking powder. One beaten egg to brush the buns. 1 teaspoon oil to apply on dough.

Chilly powder 1 to 2 tsp .according to taste. Turmeric powder 1 tsp. Coriander and jeera powder 1 tsp each. Mix the prawns and all other ingredients . Keep aside for 20 mins. Mango season is here.so is ample sunlight .We in India, are blessed with sunlight all through the year.mostly.except rainy days.but the crisp ,neat cut sunlight of the summer is the best for dehydrating foods.Make hay while sun shines.Or.make fruit leather while sun shines :). What we miss in Mumbai ,is the balcony /backyard space for growing whatever you want/drying whatever you want! Sun dries the pulp. Mango pulp- 1 kg.

Simple ,flavour se bhara , lipsmacking spicy n tangy.that's how the ones who have had this curry ,described it. 3 medium onions ,sliced thin. Two springs of curry leaves. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. 1 and half tbsp coriander powder. 1 tsp cumin powder. 2 tsp chilly pdr. 1 to 1 and half tsp garam masala ( I used kitchen king masala). 1 tsp pepper powder. 5 to 6 tbsp curd. Keep aside for 2 hours. Eat Now Cry Later.
