It’s also a fantastic dish to bring to breakfast pot-lucks. I used to make it for my MOPS group. It’s nice because you prepare it the night before and just pop it into the oven in the morning. 1 cup whole milk. 1 lb breakfast sauasage, browned and drained. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 5 green onions, diced. 1 tsp dry mustard.

A few crops bolted early because of the heat. But, the squash plants, tomatoes and basil are loving the heat. Also, we have 50 meat birds for Alex’s 4h project. Those things grow so fast! All I have to do on fair week is take them out of the freezer and turn them in. They actually turn out more moist this way.
