Rosalind Taylor began yoga and meditation at the age of eight. Captivated by the poetry of movement and stillness, she studied various forms of dance, movement, and meditation. After completing her BFA in writing poetry, she earned a Health and Fitness certificate studying the core sciences of kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. Links for a male yoga instructor and other complementary care practitioners are available upon request.
