Oh, and I forgot to mention- I did end up getting together with Patrick and co. after all the weekend he was here. The next night they organized an impromtu swing dance at the SSS (Swedish Swing Society) building, which ended up having a very small turnout (5) but was quite fun all the same. The most happy/exciting news from the past two months is that Joo had her baby! And incredible news.) He was born on July 1st, and his name is Trevor James. (Dagens Nyheter, the Swedish newspaper I get here) I have been scrambling to get everything done, and tonight I found that I can hold the paper, any time of the day, using an online form. Friday, October 31, 2008. Halloween shenanigans at the ward Trunk or Treat party. I went as a hippie, Jason went as a mime, together we were Peace and Quiet. Oh ho ho, it works on so many levels. Jason is a. Awesome mime, and people were really impressed. He also scared small children, including one who would run crying from him, shouting, "Witch! Maybe now he'll listen when I say people don't like mimes. Yeah, many other trunks put ours to shame. Their costumes were pretty sweet, too. Chris went as Shrek.

So when we heard the campaign was asking for California volunteers to go to Nevada over election weekend, we knew we had to make the trek. This is our story. * Law and Order.
