新竹縣竹北市鄰近竹科，吸引不少年輕人定居，今年十月人口數就將突破十五萬大關。但當地卻有東興、興隆兩所小學來不及蓋好，造成500名學童無校可讀，必須寄讀他校的現象。其中一間國小的家長會，最近公佈一支影片，曝光了縣府人員開會時的經典發言，其中 副縣長章仁香在被要求下台時，竟回了句「萬一來一個更差的呢？」. 興隆國小家長委員會近日透過電子郵件方式，將影片轉寄給新竹當地家長。家長會於信中指出，「6月15日我們就要為興隆的孩子，竹北的教育走上街頭了」希望透過影片， 「讓大家更了解這個滿口謊言、無能、傲慢的新竹縣政府。」. 影片節錄從2011年11月23日到2012年5月11日家長會與縣府等機關開會的精華片段，其中收錄了數句爭議性發言，例如在2011年11月23日時，縣長邱鏡淳在會議中脫口而出， 「錯不是在我，錯是在我太慢進來新竹縣政府」. 65292;當家長進一步詢問為何學校已成立一年，卻連個空氣都沒有時，邱鏡淳竟回答， 「建築師你要道歉.責任是你應該負，不是我。」. 此話一出，讓台下家長為之氣結，紛紛鼓譟起來。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).
