We at PYN fundamentally believe that to achieve a future filled with economic growth and opportunity, young people must have access to high-quality experiences that prepare them to meet the needs of the region's and nation's employers. The Data That Drives Our Cause. More than one million youth drop out of school each year. Youth are out of school and out of work. Youth are under-attached: they have some education and some work experience, but it is very limited.
