Yu Chao in Hong Kong! Wednesday, 7 January 2009. After a brief visit to PolyU to get our studentID cards, we went out to Mong Kok. This is a really busy part of Hong Kong with a lot of stores and a lot of people. In the evening we went to Tsim Sha Shui (in short TST) to see the light show. Yu Chao in Hong Kong! Friday, 9 January 2009. After a long orientation at PolyU (pictures of PolyU: http:/ s364.photobucket.com/albums/oo87/yuchao/PolyU/. We finally took some time to go see some shops in HK with my Buddy Stella, she is a student at PolyU that volenteerd to help me settle in HK. First we went to Sham Shui Po where they have cheap computer stuff, laptops, parts you name it! I'm sure everyone that loves shopping will like it here, and dont forget to bargain when you have the change!

Yu Chao in Hong Kong! Sunday, 8 February 2009. This weekend has been really nice, my first weekend out of the hospital! Pictures: http:/ s364.photobucket.com/albums/oo87/yuchao/Lan%20Tau%20Island/. Saturday I went to Lantau Island with my parents and Sybren to see the big Buddha statue. It is really really BIG! It was a lot of walking, but I managed just fine, although the stairs upwards were a bit tiring. We also were able to go to the Po Lin nearby althought just in the nick of time before it closed.
