Tuesday, April 10, 2012. 父亲病倒的两个月里，我忙得几乎忘了自己还有呼吸。终于，因为身心劳累过度，患上轻微忧郁症。这段期间，除了父母和老公，除了工作上与学生沟通，我几乎不想和任何人打交道，脾气也开始变得暴躁，要不，就是对其他事情态度表现冷漠。或许从外观看来，我或许和平时并没有两样，但实际上的自己，真的觉得连说话也有点力不从心。从父亲病倒的那一刻起，我就开始感觉到身体不适，即使早睡早起，多半时候都还觉得头昏眼花，视线模糊，胸口纳闷，尤其耳朵后面的两边经脉一直承受着轻微疼痛，一种不知名的压迫总是从肩膊使力地往后脑推，搞得我难以集中精神。难受的是，每个晚上躺在床上准备就寝，一闭上眼，就感觉到天旋地转，或像极了海啸一样的波涛汹涌，但是一睁开眼，一切又恢复正常，所以，总是要经过一番挣扎才能入睡。起初我怀疑自己可能血压过高，但是中医师把脉之后，说血压正常，但是身心过度疲劳。服了中药后，状况是有好转，但是很快地，又恢复本来的现状，纵使已经彻底改变生活作息。我以为我可以排山倒海地胜任一切责任，故不知，我还是被击倒了。幸好，我及时发现并承认自己的毛病，...所以，负...
