最近看了一本书，觉得很不错···. 内容都是再讲快乐···. 觉得不错就咧些意见···. 这么多人要快乐，而，快乐的真正面目到底是什么？ 很多教人快乐的专家都在大声宣扬- -『做自己、别管别人的一些有的没得』. 但是，『做自己不必然就会快乐』。 快乐应该是柔软的、善意的、体贴的、温馨的感觉，一点也不需冲撞、争夺，很自然就从心底涌现。 做自己，很好，也没错。 但是，『做自己=快乐』？值得想想。 不要盡信别人口中所说的快乐，那可能是夸大其实、过度渲染的。 会烦恼、伤心、偶尔生气，都不是坏事，因为这是生活的一部分。 想清楚『自己对快乐的定义』才有可能找到快乐。 如果某些东西只带给我们感官上的享受，那种顶多只能维持一阵子，那就不是真正的快乐）. 想像下：如果明天就是世界末日了，今天你最想做的事是什么？ 这件事、这个人，通常就是能令你快乐的。 休息日···. 感觉很就没写了···. 因为太久没上网了···. 每天只有上班和下班···. 连看戏也没有····. 现在终于有机会给我好好休息···. 但是却又要帮祖先做功德···. 好累哦···. 昨天是第一天···. 爸爸特地休息···. 十八号去了sunway lagoon···. 十九号就和美琪去了neway 唱k···. 爽···. 工钱还没那就开始花钱···. RM6 - - 唱k. RM3990 - - 包鞋. RM2990 - - 高跟鞋. RM1500 - - 衣服. RM700 - - 吃的. 比过年还要浪费···. 过年买的年以都不比这天买的贵···. 心痛···. 这天也一样···. 早上十一点出- -ts···. 到晚上800才回到家···. 冲个凉···. 吃晚饭···. 然后又被叫出去喝茶···. 喝到晚上十一点才回家···. 哈哈···. 哈哈···. 习惯了···. 生日前夕···（18/11）. 哈哈···. 但是，却让我很开心···. 十八号，和3S班（砜、瑜、伊、盈、轩、永、辉、宏、强)去了sunway lagoon. 然后咧，玩的很开心···. 去的时候大家都还好好的···. 会的时候···. 哈哈···. 强：破相···. 砜：鞋坏···. 哈哈···. 大家都累了···. 在巴士上···. 看见大家都在睡觉觉···. 而我自己咧····. 但是值得啦···. 哈哈···. TT···. 累了···. 就睡咯···. 睡两个钟头罢了···. Haha···. Happy . ing .
