ゆうまは ワイルドだぜ な毎日( ;). こども1人のときに比べて、ふたりになったら、なぜか大変さが４倍くらいに感じるわ ( o ). ひとりをおむつ変えたと思ったら、こっちがトイレ と思ったら、そっち号泣 と思ったら、また、こっちおむつーーーーー みたいな感じで、出かけるのにかなり早めから準備しないと約束の時間なんて守れないんですよ( o ). 今だけ 今だけ と自分に言い聞かせ、日々瞑想、酒風呂 最近ハマってるんです こども抱えてゆっくり入れないけど、かなりたっぷり汗かいて、お肌つるつるになるからおすすめ 、ヨガやストレッチでイライラを抑える日々です(笑)( 一 一). もともと音楽大好きで、母さんの大好きなここぞという時のpower songのJourneyのDon't Stop Believinも歌ってるから、すごくよかったです( -)-. ゆうまも音楽大好きで、車で流している曲が流れると、 これ、ママの好きな曲だね とよく言ってて、いっしょに楽しんでます o.
