Volunteer - Yummy Yards

If you would like to volunteer with us, please come out to one of our monthly volunteer days. They will be held on the first Sunday of each month (except for September since this is the Labour Day weekend). 8203;We'll provide a little farming lesson and a tour of the farm starting at 10am. If you would like to stay after to help us with some farm tasks, that would be much appreciated. We'll provide some refreshments as well. All volunteer days are held at. If you ask my mom what my favourite vegetable is she will say green beans, but if you ask me, the beet reigns victorious, although it is often challenged by a good hubbard squash. I still love green beans, but really I love all vegetables. It has been a whirlwind adventure that has taken this small town Ontario boy to the big city of Vancouver. Everything at a distance is clear but I have to have reading glasses for anything up close. It's taken a while to get used to the c0lor of my eyes without contacts.
