My Art and Crafts. November 01, 2016. 1 cup minus 2 tbsp Maida. 2 tbsp corn flour. 2 tbsp hot oil. Pinch of baking soda. 3/4 th cup curd. 1 tbsp lemon juice. Generous pinch of cardamom powder. Oil for deep fry. 1 Mix everything under ingredients table. beat well. Allow it to ferment for 12 hours minimum same as idly batter. 2 Prepare sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Boil for 15 mins in medium flame. Just wait for one string consistent. Switch off the flame and add lime juice. 1 cup = 250 ml.

My Art and Crafts. April 09, 2014. Green chilli-1(Take all seeds and slit into many). Cheese- 1/2 cup grated. Extra virgin olive oil-1 tsp. 1Toast the bread in sandwich maker and divide into two. 2In a cup add grated cheese,chopped capsicum(i used all three colors),green chilli,salt,pepper powder and olive oil. Mix well. If u dont have sandwich maker just toast in dosa tawa by adding little oil/ghee. Dont skip green chilli. But remove all seeds before use. March 7, 2017 at 7:19 AM. Lets be in Touch :).

My Art and Crafts. November 01, 2016. 1/2 cup moon dal. 2 Tbsp ghee/ oil. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Spring of curry leaves. 1Pressure cook moong dal for 2 whislte with turmeric powder. 2Dry roast the rava and keep aside. Meanwhile boil 2 cups of water. 3In a wide kadai heat ghee/oil. Add in pepper,jeera,cashews,curry leaves. After a min add cooked moong dal. Give a nice stir. 4Now add rava and salt. Give a nice stir. Pour hot boiling water to it. Enjoy hot rava pongal with sambar or chutney as you wish :).

How many times have you had to throw away Cilantro because it spoils before you finish it up? Try this method for storing Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) and keep them fresh for 10 to 14 days. You can add Aval/Poha while grinding dough for Idly/Dosa batter. Add Ladies finger/Okra for getting soft idlies. To set curd faster, add a slit green chillie to it.

Be the first to comment! 1/2 cup roasted peanuts. 1/2 bunch coriander leaves. 1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds). 1/2 tsp lime juice. 1Soak sabudana overnight and drain completely. 2Grind roasted pea nut,coriander leaves and green chilli. coarse grind and do not add any water. 3 In a pan heat ghee or oil.Add jeera and grounded powder or paste like,Saute well for 2 mins.
