Monday, August 4, 2014. Nampak gaya banyak yg perlu dilakukan. Setahun 4 bulan yang lepas. Atau dgn lebih tepat, pada 18 April 2013 iaitu tarikh mula selepas berpindah dari Penang, berat badan gua 116kg. Ter-obes. Diulang. Ter. Berat badan gua menyusut ke 110kg. Kadang2 111 atau maksimum 112kg. 8-9 hari lepas, sablom syawal, berat badan gua susut 105kg. Ah itu ceritera minggu lepas. Minggu ni gua berazam nak mulakan puasa 6 seberapa segera.
