Friday, August 10, 2012. These are our final days of TransArt! We spent our time debriefing and enjoying a few final moments as a team. Saturday, the team members would begin their treks back home. During debrief, we spent some time reviewing the names of all the people we met and praying over each one of them. It was a good time to see how God had used us this past month and how much he had taught us. In the afternoon, it was time for cleaning! Aubrey and Alicia cleaning out the caravan. Marche, Day 3.

Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Today began bright and early. We were finished with breakfast by 7:30 and after a time of prayer, the exhibition began! Louisa and Rachel headed out to the morning's market to hand out balloons and fliers. The musicians positioned themselves in front of the church to serenade Poperinge with live music. Tuesday, August 7, 2012. Marche, Day 3. Wow, can't believe it is already August! Today, we went on a nature hike! We were hoping to connect with some locals, and what better way to do that then trek through fields and learn about wildflowers? Nature Man was our guide and we went squishing through forests and fields. Everything was in French, so Rachelle graciously translated for us. We did meet some new people and engaged in some awesome conversations. It was our last day on the road! It was very yummy!

Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Today was another creation day. Tomorrow is our art exhibit, so the artists were hard at work to create! It was good practice for the musicians, because they will be leading worship on Sunday. The lyrics of the songs are mainly in Flemish, so it was interesting. Afterward, we worked late into the late setting up for the exhibition. Regardless, it was a fun night with some new friends! Preparing the exhibition space.
