amie in asia: bangkok- 4th time around
http://amieinasia.blogspot.com/2007/11/bangkok-4th-time-around.html
Bangkok- 4th time around. We headed to Khao San, which I know now like the back of my hand! We managed to get a room at D&D (with the rooftop pool), and it was so nice to be somwhere with air-con, TV, hot water, breakfast included. what luxury! We got the bus home, had a quick lie down, then headed out for dinner. Then we made our way to the beauty/massage place. We ended up getting a pedicure, facial and one hour oil massage- spoilt! Once we got to the station we found our train and boarded with the hel...

the (unreal) state of vancouver: limp and limping
http://vancouverunrealestate.blogspot.com/2009/01/limp-and-limping.html
The (unreal) state of vancouver. Thursday, January 29, 2009. I have been wanting to. A) take this blog in a new direction. B) put it out of my misery. C) continue on lamely. D) ignore it (and I have been.). However, I am still vacillating like a wind vane. So, in the interim, I will post some scary movies that require little effort on my part. I will concretise things eventually. Catchy labels: cheap post. We are all effed. Good thing I don't have Flash installed. The earthquake accentuated political ten...

The Frustrating Fraud: CL-TURBOFAN DISCUSSION
http://frustratingfraud.blogspot.com/2008/09/cl-turbofan-discussion.html
The Hijacking of the 9/11 Truth Movement by the No-757-at-the-Pentagon Theory. Thursday, September 25, 2008. Updated 9/28, 11 pm. Pilots for 9/11 Truth. Sounds like your typical Rob Balsamo errand boy who is incapable of thinking for himself. What's his expertise exactly? 9/25/08, 3:34 PM. Reading along, I've often wondered if he was getting his posts e-mailed to him by a distant reader. Talking to him in person, he seems much less sure of himself, and ignorant or slow on facts he's just shot out in type.

More Than Life: 25 facts about me
http://zoo-v.blogspot.com/2009/02/25-facts-about-me.html
Sunday, February 22, 2009. 25 facts about me. I got tagged by. And fellow rocker,. 25 random facts about me. 1 I'd like to think of myself as being an easygoing person. Though it sounds kinda cheesy when you say that about yourself. 2 Some people might find it hard to believe but I'm actually quite shy and awkward at times. I'm an emotional (not emo) person as well. I'm kinda sensitive in a way that I'll tend to 'cry' especially when watching touching movies which really tug at your heartstrings. 10 I go...

Cosmopolitan Life: Catch and Release
http://cosmopolitan18.blogspot.com/2008/09/catch-and-release.html
Saturday, September 20, 2008. All the talk of Sarah Palin's hunting has made me reflect yet again on my week in Montana, and particularly on the day I went fly-fishing with my host and friend. We actually went twice. He took me once in the morning so I could get the hang of casting the fly, and then once again in the evening when the fish would be biting. But catch and release is a different thing. It means the whole fishing exercise was just a sport, and the poor victim was the fish. The fish wh...And t...
