SUMMERLIGHTS: Juli 2016

Freitag, 29. Juli 2016. CHIANG MAI STOLE MY HEART. Was our first stop in Thailand and I totally fell in love with this city. Every few. Hundred meters you pass by a temple while strolling around and the most important city. Is somehow not at all touristy. It's self evident that you will bump into some tourists on the night. Market and in the temples. But besides of that it's super easy to avoid them. You just have to. Go where the locals go in their daily life. And that's definitely not the night market.

A Whistle-Stop Tour of Thailand. July 4, 2015. I arrived in Thailand on the 15th of June, with exactly three weeks to explore. We took a bus for 12$ from Siem Reap to Bangkok. This consisted of a coach to the border, walking through the border, a shuttle to a nearby cafe, and eventually, a stuffy mini bus to the Khaosan Road. You get what you pay for. Is a good bet. They give you a voucher for 10% at a local cafe Sweetiiez Bakery – amazing chocolate fudge cake. We found an awesome place to eat. Phuket wa...
