After graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2012, I joined the IT team at the Earth Research Institute at UCSB to develop Drupal based websites for the department. I helped out on a web-based data dissemination portal for the Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation and immediately became obsessed with JavaScript and coding on the front end. I learned AngularJS, Backbone, and NodeJS and got to use them all in data oriented web applications!

Science 8 class blog. Monday, April 26, 2010. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. If I where to build a house with any energy source, I would use hydro power. I chose this power source because it is renewable and has a lot. Of potential energy. I would by a plot of land by a river and dam up part of it. This would provide my house energy and it would not pollute the air. I find this a very good energy source. Now, there are some problems to hydro power, but they are easily fixed and every thing has its problems!
