http://soundofmusicasia.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
The Sound of Music - Asia tour 2008. Tuesday, August 12, 2008. I think I forgot to blog about our First Annual SOMA Olympic Paddle Boat Races! It's a brilliant tale. We were all set to meet in the lobby at 3 pm on Friday afternoon in Fuzhou. Costumes and mascots were encouraged for teams, but Michael (Captain von Trapp) and I had not planned to do anything for our team: The Thunderous, Rampaging, Monstrous Rubber Duckies. Yes, the name was his idea. We ate a quick lunch at McDonald's (shame on us! Each t...

I am sitting in the Philippine airport wishing the "free public wifi" network actually worked. Until then, I'll write up my blog and get ready to post it later. Our run in Macau was fantastic! They were so nice and helped us find a store to buy party favors for the double birthday party we had that night. The presents - an elegant Chinese robe for James and a new backpack for Greg, to replace hi...

I'm going to try and condense this past month's events into one post. I hope it's not too confusing! Will turned 8 and Leah turned 5. My time flies! Zachary was great and we got to go backstage afterwards. The kids enjoyed meeting Zachary and the cast and getting autographs. It was truly a magical night for all of us! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Muzikmomz musings: Please Come Home For Christmas!!
http://muzikmomsmusings.blogspot.com/2008/12/please-come-home-for-christmas.html
Friday, December 26, 2008. Please Come Home For Christmas! Well, I'm very behind on my blog, but have a very good excuse! My mom slipped on some ice last Sunday night and it has been fruit basket turnover at my house ever since. When she fell, she shattered her left elbow and had to have surgery to repair it on Christmas Eve. So.she ended up staying overnight in the hospital for Christmas! I like the picture you put with me and mammy. January 1, 2009 at 1:33 PM. This comment has been removed by the author.

http://muzikmomsmusings.blogspot.com/2009/07/all-summer-long.html
Wednesday, July 8, 2009. Well, summer is flying by very fast and we're doing so many things it would be hard to. List them all. We went to Perdido Key last week for our yearly summer beach trip and it was a lot of fun. The kids loved being at the pool.all the time! They also loved the jacuzzi in our condo. We even ended up bringing home three hermit crabs as pets. Grayson has already had a hard pinch but I think they are finally settling in. Can't wait til next year! I have missed you! So glad youre back!

The Sound of Music - Asia tour 2008: June 2008
http://soundofmusicasia.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
The Sound of Music - Asia tour 2008. Friday, June 20, 2008. I am back in China as of today, June 20, 2008. It feels familiar, feels right, feels like home! Clearly my past weeks in China have been a positive experience overall. But first: a few words about the time before our return to China:. Who could ask for anything more? The three of us split up so we could do whatever we wanted, and met for dinner in the food court the first evening. This was no ordinary food court: this was amazing! I was in the m...

The Sound of Music - Asia tour 2008. Friday, January 25, 2008. I tried to upload this photo on my last page, and it didn't work. This is me as Gretl, many years ago in California. I later had an opportunity to play Brigitta - I was 15 years old, and had auditioned for Louisa, but they cast me as Brigitta! It was an old/tall cast.) Now it's Louisa! Too bad I skipped Marta (but my sister played that! Links to this post. The Sound of Music - Asia! Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Nazi Boy / R...
