Sometimes when you want something to happen, and it’s not happening, you have to get creative and pull out all the stops to bring it to fruition. I’m very happy with how this has turned out, and I think Tristen and I made some new friends in the process. My favorite thing, though, was that you could see a small lake (or large pond) from the front porch. It’s big enough that it has two islands on it. I was already making plans to try to save up to buy a paddle board or a kayak. But alas, that fell through.
