The blog that hardly ever gets updated. How's that for a truthful title? I'm trying some reverse psychology on it. Sunday, September 28, 2008. We made it to Cape Town! And we survived our 19 hour bus trip. The bus was actually more comfortable than the plane, with nice soft seats that reclined a looong way. Got to see some of the countryside as we were going along too - lot and lots of very dry land! Even saw our first african animals. well, they were sheep and cows and goats - but they were african!

Read here to catch up on my latest news - cause we all know how bad I am with email! Friday, January 27, 2006. What is love.do this to me! Went to see The Exponents. Said it started at 8pm so we rocked along at 9.30pm and STILL nothing had started! There wasn't much of a gap between their act and The Exponents coming on, which was good. Nothing too exc...

The blog that hardly ever gets updated. How's that for a truthful title? I'm trying some reverse psychology on it. Saturday, September 27, 2008. Bring on the bus! We made it to joburg, and luckily enough so did our luggage. We had 12 hours to kill before the next stage, so we really wanted to see the apartheid museum. Luckily, we were able to find a place to have a shower and a rest beforehand, so we went off to museum feeling slightly more human. Sent from Gmail for mobile mobile.google.com. Blame it on...

Read here to catch up on my latest news - cause we all know how bad I am with email! Friday, December 30, 2005. It's just a playground battle. Last night Pam and I went to see The Feelers. At Brewers Bar 'Stadium of Rock' at the Mount. This was my birthday present to Pam for the 20th. The Feelers did an acoustic set straight after Ewen, which only lasted about 6 songs. Then they had a break. Talk about dragging it out! I surprised myself by actually knowing quite a few songs of theirs! It's great when ba...

The blog that hardly ever gets updated. How's that for a truthful title? I'm trying some reverse psychology on it. Sunday, October 5, 2008. We made it to Namibia! Sorry, no photos just yet, as the internet cafe I have found has a 'no USB' policy. We spent one night in Windhoek (the capital) after our flight up from Cape Town. The next day we caught a minibus shuttle out to Swakopmund at the coast (4 hours - but so hot it was much worse than the 19hr bus ride! Cough* Guest Book *cough*. I made it through ...
