Just another WordPress.com site. Visito[u]r Guide: Boston, MA. Yesterday while I was entertaining Bostonians with my killer dance moves on Storrow Drive I had that feeling of nostalgia remembering how much I love this city. And realized that people driving under the bridge were smile-pointing at me. Lord knows I should not be encouraged….because the next thing you know I’m dancing. Obnoxiously. My moves were. I need to start charging for that thing) So here’s some free advice for things to do in Bo...

Lynn's Bucket of Shells: May 2010
http://lynnkielebonasia.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Lynn's Bucket of Shells. Monday, May 31, 2010. A sea pickle by any other name. Ok, I should probably be schlepping my book. Which comes out tomorrow, in fact. But instead, I’d like to talk about sea pickles, sea beans or samphires. As they are evidently called. Then, just last week, this simple recipe. Showed up on a blog that I’ve recently started following. It seems we Cape Codders are among the .01 percent of people in the world who have access to these little darlings. Who knew? Wednesday Night Dinner: October 2010
http://wednightdinner.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Easy cooking and entertaining for the busy college student. Tuesday, October 26, 2010. The most important meal of the day. They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, I must admit I’m the worst at following this rule. Usually when given the choice between food and sleep I will chose sleep. This doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate a good breakfast. Actually, Sunday brunch might be my favorite meal of the week. So this post is my homage to breakfast. Cook at medium heat. Pretty busy on t...

Travel Month: July 2015. Friday, July 31, 2015. The beginning half of this month was spent wandering Connecticut and visiting family and friends. It was great to be home for a bit - I certainly reverted into my old beach bum self! A week ago J and I made it safely back to Vilnius and have been slowly re-setting our clocks back to Vilnius time (holy jet-lag folks! We've been reunited with our fluffy cat and I'm back to enjoying the new cafes and restaurants that have been popping up. August is going to be...

Picked out a present for his sister's birthday all by himself / peed pretty much any and everywhere. we are really making big progress in that area. sigh. Take-Out In the Park. ivy colored glasses: September 2009
http://ivycoloredglasses.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
September 23, 2009. Love and Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Yesterday marked the beginning of my favorite season, autumn. It's a super special season because it has two names: autumn and fall. I'm sure most people are probably already aware it is the only season Americans have two names for, but I only really thought about it for the first time today. All the more reason to love it! That makes it the most drastic transformation, if we are comparing transformations that is. Maybe it's the satisfying crunc...2 Bost...

Monday, March 25, 2013. Banana Almond Flour Muffins. I haven't baked in a while thanks to my new restrictions (no nuts, no eggs), but I found this recipe that I hadn't posted and figured you all probably need a fun treat. I created this muffin recipe by tweaking my banana cake. Banana Almond Flour Muffins:. Serves 6, Prep time: 10 min, Bake time: 20 min. 15 cups almond flour. 1/2 tsp. baking soda. 1/4 tsp. salt. 2 Tbsp. cup coconut oil, softened. 2 Tbsp. cup organic raw honey. 1 large banana, mashed.
