Events - Vigneti Zanatta. Our pastoral vineyard provides an ideal venue for intimate events and occasions. From April through October, we offer private tasting sessions. Groups of 10 or more are preferred. Make your day special and unique by saying your vows amongst the vines. We can accommodate outdoor weddings with a maximum of 80 guests. If you’d prefer more cozy nuptials, get married in our restored 1903 farm house, with a maximum guest list of 25 people. Burning of the Vines. Is now up and running.

Wednesday, 30 November 2011. 15-20 hot peppers (I wanted but couldn't find habenero so used hot red chile). 1 1/2 cups vinegar. 6 cloves of garlic. 1/4 small green papaya. 2 small green peppers. 1 Rough chop all ingredients. 2 Throw them all into a blender. 3 Add the vinegar and salt. 4 Blend until you get the consistency you like.
